Static testing machines

A static testing machine (also sometimes referred to as a tensile testing machine or ‘pull tester’) is a testing machine that measures the material properties of a material or component. We supply these machines to our customers for measuring tensile, compressive, bending or shear strength.

Tensile testing machines can be used universally, for example for testing plastics, rubber, steel, aluminium, textiles, building materials, food and other materials.

The machine is usually controlled via a PC using appropriate software. Alternatively, for simple tests, it can be controlled using the machine controller without the need to connect to a PC. The course of a test can directly correspond to the procedure prescribed in a test standard (EN, ASTM, ISO or others), or can be adjusted by us according to a customer’s needs.

We supply our customers with tried and tested machines, with a proven track record, from the Italian manufacturer GALDABINI and the American manufacturer MARK-10. These test machines can be used not only for quality control in production, but also in science and research.
