The quality management system introduced by LABTECH laboratories is considered a necessary precondition for achieving our goal - to provide our customers with accurate results and their correct interpretation. The system is regularly checked and assessed by external auditors.

We are ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 accredited. This is guarantee for our clients and public authorities/inspectorates that all sampling, measurements and analyses will be carried out in accordance with valid legislation, to a high quality, independently and impartially.

Certified area:

The certificate documents the quality of the services offered and ranks the Testing Laboratory among accredited entities. Accredited or authorised sampling, measurement and analysis are often required under Czech legislation, which applies to:

drinking water - operators of water supply systems for public use are obliged to ensure that the supplied drinking water has the quality of drinking water (sampling and analysis must be carried out by an accredited laboratory);
bathing water - operators of natural lidos and man-made swimming pools and saunas must document the sampling and analyses of these waters with an accredited laboratory;
measurement of noise in the human environment - measurements can be performed by an accredited or authorised entity;
measurements and examinations for classification of works in the second, third or fourth category or changes in these classifications, which are necessary for risk assessment - must be carried out by the employer only through the holder of the accreditation /authorisation certificate;
waste - waste producers must ensure analyses through an accredited workplace (the requirement is enshrined in Decree No. 294/2005 Sb., on the conditions of depositing waste in landfills and its use on the surface of the ground), on the details of waste management;
wastewater - whoever discharges wastewater into surface or underground water is obliged, following the decision of the Water Management Authority, to measure the volume of discharged water and the degree of pollution (wastewater sampling and analyses can only be carried out by the holder of the accreditation certificate).

The certificate documents the quality of the services offered, allows participation in tenders with quality requirements according to ISO 9001.

Especially for manufacturers of pharmaceutical products and their importers, the Certificate of GMP compliance of a manufacturer - Control Laboratory, which confirms our qualification to perform services connected with the control of medicinal products, their production and import, is of fundamental importance.

Certified area:

Conducting chemical/physical quality control of manufacturing operations and imported medicinal products for human medicinal products.
The audit is carried out by the State Institute for Drug Control (SIDC).
The certificate proves that the control laboratory complies with the requirements of good manufacturing practice (GMP) and is authorised to carry out the specified activity.
We are a partner for manufacturers and importers of human pharmaceuticals.
The laboratory is authorised to perform analyses in the GMP mode within the commercial production process (control during medicine production, batch control, selective determination of metals according to ICH Q3D, etc.) and analyses necessary for the registration of medicines. The laboratory can also perform analyses for the non-production part of the process (research and development, semi-operation, risk analysis, etc.)

An equally important role is played by other certificates issued by the National Institute of Public Health (NIPH) - Certificate of Authorisation - Set E6, authorising us to check the correct function of sterilizers and Certificate of Authorisation - Set D1, which refers to safety tests for objects, equipment and materials which come into contact with drinking water.

Certified area:	Checking the sterilization process for sterilizers using physical parameters of sterilization, biological and non-biological indicators of sterilization The audit is carried out by the National Institute of Public Health According to Act No. 258/2000 Sb. (Act on the Protection of Public Health) only authorised entities can perform the sterilization efficiency control. The laboratory performs sterilization efficiency control for hot air, steam and formaldehyde sterilizers. It offers this service to medical and non-medical entities (dentists, hospitals, veterinary practices, tattoo studios, pedicure studios, etc.).

Certified area:

Sampling and examination of the safety of products that come into direct contact with drinking, warm and raw water.
The audit is carried out by the National Institute of Public Health
The laboratory is authorised to test products that come into contact with drinking water. Plastic products (pipes, filters), non-plastic products (metal pipes, fittings, pumps) and chemicals used for water treatment (limestone, hypochlorite, coagulants, precipitants) are tested.
Decree No. 409/2005 Sb., on the hygienic requirements for products that come into direct contact with water and on water treatment requires authorisation to perform a product test and formulate an expert opinion.

LABTECH also holds a Permit to handle addictive substances, as issued by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic (Inspectorate for Narcotic and Psychotropic Substances). This certificate authorises the testing of products containing cannabis and other addictive substances.
